I'm Pooped!

All this potty training has got me “pooped”. Some interesting doodies are produced from the following foods:
Sweet potatoes (A real good one)
Tomatoes (if she eats too many, it's crazy)
Grapes
Raisins
Prunes (dried ones, chopped up into bite sized pieces, the baby jars or juice)
Blueberries (kinda hard to find outta season)
pears (with the skin)
apples (with the skin)
bran cereals
graham crackers
whole-grain breads and crackers (HIGH FIBER bread -- we call it doodie bread)
*peas
*broccoli
*beans(*These last three can cause gas if given too much)
plenty of water daily
When she really needs it we use the glycerine suppositories (poor thing)
....A warm bath also helps her go
...Also a lot of running around and exersize keeps her regular too. (keeps the digestive system running)

When Fa was a baby she was on a fiber laxative daily called Maltsupex. It was as expensive as a college education, but it regulated her and now the foods above work wonders.

The poor kid!

I bet this was all you ever wanted to know about soft stool….Now, if only she’d doo it on the potty!
